Celsius to Fahrenheit
Convert degrees Celsius to the US Fahrenheit scale.
The math behind Fahrenheit
If you go to the United States and watch the news on TV, you will be surprised to see that the city's temperature is \"90 degrees.\" The reason is that they use the Fahrenheit scale (°F), while Brazil uses the global metric of degrees Celsius (°C).
The Practical Formula
To convert mentally, or on paper, the exact formula is:Multiply the degrees Celsius by 1.8 and then add 32.
Example for a 30°C day: (30 × 1.8) + 32 = 86°F.
