Calculating the shipping

If the carrier says that the truck can support a load of 5.5 tons, and you sell your products by weight in kilos, you just need to take this number of the trailer andmultiply by 1,000.
Example: 5.5 × 1,000 = The trailer supports a total of 5,500 kg of cargo on the body.
