What is the Constitutional 1/3?
The Federal Constitution of Brazil requires that the worker receive the amount of their salary plusone third (1/3) moreto be able to enjoy and travel with the family.
It is worth remembering that many companies allow you to \"sell\" up to 10 days of vacation (the so-called cash bonus) or take vacation in installments.
