What is Exponentiation?
A exponentiation(or exponentiation) is a mathematical operation that represents the multiplication of a number (the Base) by itself several times. The number of times it is multiplied is indicated by a smaller number, written above and to the right, called the Exponent.
Practical Example:
If we have 5², the number \"5\" is the Base and the number \"2\" is the Exponent. This means we must multiply 5 by itself two times: 5 × 5 = 25.
Mathematics gets complicated quickly with higher exponents. Try calculating 2²⁰ mentally! That is what our online calculator exists for: providing infinitely fast and accurate calculations for complex exponentiations, without requiring downloads or subscriptions.
